Single-Use UV-VIs-NIR Process Flow Cell

The Single-Use UV-Vis-NIR Process Flow Cell provides users with a complete solution for monitoring the absorbance and/or concentration of their bioprocess when used with the Process Flow Cell Holder and PX2 family of photometric transmitters.  The Single-Use UV-Vis-NIR Process Flow Cell is manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom from an animal and derivative free USP Class VI polypropylene that is formulated for biomedical and bioprocess applications.  The flow cell features either ½” hose barbs or ½” sanitary connections with a 10 mm optical path length.  The Process Flow Cell Holder allows users to integrate the Single-Use UV-Vis-NIR Process Flow Cell easily and safely into their process.  The Process Flow Cell Holder features a slot to allow NIST-traceable standards or cuvettes to be inserted into the optical path as a means of calibrating or validating without shutting down the process or introducing liquids into the flow cell.  Common applications include chromatography, tangential flow filtration, depth filtration, and more.
